An exciting contract opportunity is available for a skilled and compassionate Certified School Nurse with a Professional Educator License (PEL) to provide essential care and support in an educational setting near Naperville, IL. This position covers a 12-week maternity leave from December 14, 2026, through March 15, 2027, with full-time hours and the potential for extension.
You will split your expertise between two schools—supporting a high school three days a week (7:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Wednesday) and an elementary school two days a week (8:00 am–4:00 pm, Thursday–Friday). The role involves direct student care, collaborating on student health plans, and participating in IEP meetings for children with special needs.
Ideal candidates are experienced in school nursing and equipped to handle the unique challenges of both elementary and high school settings.
