School Nurse (LPN)
School LPN – Manchester, NH
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 student support at Green Acres Elementary School in Manchester, NH for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details:
Location: Manchester, NH
School: Green Acres Elementary
Assignment: ASAP – June 17, 2027
Schedule: Approximately 7:30 AM – 3:15 PM
Compensation: $40–$45/hour, commensurate with experience
Setting: School-based, 1:1 student support
Transportation: The LPN may be required to ride the school bus with the student
Student Care Needs May Include:
Toileting and personal care
Seizure monitoring and response
G-tube feeding
Additional health and mobility support as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and health support throughout the school day
Monitor the student and respond appropriately to changes in health status
Follow the student's healthcare plan and school nursing protocols
Assist with daily personal care and medical needs
Communicate and collaborate with school staff, families, and the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Qualifications:
Active New Hampshire LPN license
School-based or pediatric nursing experience preferred
Experience with seizures and G-tube feeding is a plus
Comfortable providing hands-on care and supporting a student throughout the school day
Strong communication and collaboration skills
