ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the 2026–2027 school year in Red Bluff, CA. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide essential nursing services to high school students while working alongside a collaborative healthcare and educational team.

This assignment is to cover a maternity leave beginning in September (tentative) through April, with the potential to extend through the remainder of the school year.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time

  • One School Site

  • Maternity Leave Coverage

  • Tentative Start: September 2026

  • Tentative End: April 2027

  • Potential to extend through the full school year

  • Qualifications:

  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required

  • Previous school-based nursing experience preferred

  • Experience with G-tube feedings preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, school staff, and healthcare professionals

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care and health services to high school students

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district policies

  • Monitor and implement individualized student healthcare plans

  • Collaborate with an LVN and clinic clerk to ensure quality student care

  • Maintain accurate health records and required documentation

  • Respond to medical emergencies and health concerns as needed

  • Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and healthcare providers

  • Promote a safe and healthy school environment
