Schedule:

  • Full-time travel contract

    • Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in cardiovascular operating rooms (CVOR)
  • CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong knowledge of complex surgical procedures, instrumentation, and perioperative protocols
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

    • Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care throughout the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases of cardiovascular surgeries
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure safe, efficient procedures
  • Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, promptly responding to changes
  • Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and hospital safety protocols
  • Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes
