As part of a 42-bed unit specializing in acute and chronic respiratory care, you’ll work with a 1:6 ratio for general medical patients (including those with respiratory and GI issues, diabetes, and surgical needs) and support an 8-bed step-down area with a 1:4 ratio. Daily interdisciplinary rounds foster collaborative patient care and continuous learning.
