  • Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current RN license
  • Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing preferred
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training (active by start or booked for clinical orientation)
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Commitment to compliance with State and Federal healthcare regulations
  • Ability to lead, delegate, and mentor in a collaborative team setting
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver age-appropriate direct patient care following Nursing Process principles and organizational standards
  • Act as a clinical leader, delegating tasks to care team members appropriately
  • Maintain meticulous compliance with all guidelines, policies, and regulatory standards
