Schedule/Hours:

  • Options: 4x10 or 4x12-hour shifts, Day/Evening rotation
  • Expected to work some evenings; primary shifts may align with your strengths and facility needs
  • Scheduled for days when not needed on evenings
  • Includes two weeks of nights per contract
  • At least two short on-call shifts per four-week schedule and weekends required
  • For 4x10: Weekend shifts are 12 hours; other shifts adjusted to meet contracted hours
  • Specific hours include:
  • 4x10 evenings: 1 pm–11 pm
  • 4x10 days: 7 am–5:30 pm (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), 9 am–7:30 pm (Wed)
  • 4x12 evenings: 11 am–11 pm
  • 4x12 days: 7 am–7:30 pm (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), 9 am–9:30 pm (Wed)
  • Qualifications:

  • Certified in Nursing - ORT
  • Previous experience in a high-capacity operating room required
  • Strong adaptability, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Able to provide exceptional patient care and collaborate within a large surgical team
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in the operating room, adhering to stringent safety and procedural standards
  • Support surgical teams with setup, patient positioning, and intraoperative tasks
  • Maintain a sterile operative environment and assist with equipment management
  • Participate in varied shifts, call coverage, and collaborate on cross-functional teams
