Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible travel contract, standard 13-weeks
  • Options for 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotation
  • Must be open to a combination of days, evenings, and two weeks of nights per contract
  • At least two short call shifts per 4-week schedule, including weekends
  • 4x10 Evening: 1p-11p | 4x10 Day: 7a-5:30p (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri), 9a-7:30p (Wed)
  • 4x12 Evening: 11a-11p | 4x12 Day: 7a-7:30p (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri), 9a-9:30p (Wed)
  • Weekend shifts typically scheduled as 12-hour shifts
  • Role Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Surgical Technologist (as applicable).
  • Proven experience in high-capacity operating room settings.
  • Strong clinical skills in perioperative nursing/OR technology.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and calls as needed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Participate in call rotations and adapt to changing surgical schedules.

    $1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
