Schedule/Hours:

  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license with BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of recent hospital-based acute care Oncology nursing experience
  • Chemo and biotherapy certification preferred
  • Step down or acute hematology experience advantageous
  • Compassionate approach to oncology and high-acuity populations
  • Adaptability and quick learning abilities
  • Duties Include:

  • Managing a 3-4:1 patient ratio on an 18-bed Blood Cancer Unit
  • Delivering primary nursing care, including medication, blood, and electrolyte administration
  • Assisting with lumbar punctures, bone marrow biopsies, and thoracentesis procedures
  • Collaborating with a seasoned team to uphold clinical quality measures and safety standards
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and supportive work culture
