On shift, you’ll contribute to a thriving, recognized healthcare leader—earning top CMS ratings and known as one of only two Level 1 Trauma Centers in a 50-mile radius. Schedule/Hours:

  • Night shifts, 1900-0700
  • 36 or 48 hours/week (guaranteed—must specify on submission)
  • Every other weekend as required
  • 13-week assignments

    • Key Qualifications:

  • Current RN license (eligible for Missouri or already licensed in Missouri)
  • BLS from AHA required; ACLS preferred
  • 1+ year of recent tele experience (inpatient)
  • Drug titration competence
  • Trauma credits (or willing to complete within two weeks)
  • NIHSS prior to start (submit if in progress)
  • Flexibility for rotational floating between units

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, implement treatment, and participate in ongoing patient evaluation for all ages
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
  • Monitor and coordinate patient activities with auxiliary departments
  • Oversee and evaluate direct care provided by others
  • Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and service standards
  • Maintain high standards of safety, infection prevention, and organizational ethics
