As a travel RN specializing in Emergency Room care, you’ll provide attentive care to patients in a fast-paced environment, applying advanced clinical skills and sound judgment with every shift. Schedule/Hours:
• Full-time travel assignment
• Flexible shifts may be available, depending on facility needs

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Emergency Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous travel experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
• Provide coordinated, compassionate care to assigned patients based on standards of care and nursing process
• Oversee and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to address complex, emergent situations
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
