Qualifications:

  • Active RN licensure in MO or a compact state covering MO
  • Recent pediatric experience (ICU, ER, or schools preferred)
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills (all charting is digital)
  • Ready to operate independently—often as the only nurse in the building
  • Comfortable covering PreK–12 caseload and floating between sites
  • Not open to new grads
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage health rooms, providing direct care for students
  • Float throughout the district as needed, with location flexibility
  • Accompany students and staff on field trips when required
  • Engage in a two-week orientation/training before independent assignment
  • Effectively chart using digital platforms
