Your school year will start August 26, 2024, and continue through June 10, 2025. Enjoy a stable, structured schedule—work student attendance days only, with weekday hours and a 30-minute lunch break built in:

  • Mondays: 8:15am–3:45pm at an elementary school
  • Tuesdays/Wednesdays: 7:45am–3:15pm at a middle school
  • Thursdays/Fridays: 8:15am–3:45pm at another elementary school
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
  • Certified School Nurse credential required (or willing to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments and collaborate with staff and students
  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and health education for students
  • Manage routine and emergency health needs
  • Maintain accurate health records in compliance with regulations
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ well-being
