In this full-time, Monday through Friday position (35-37.5 hours/week, August 2026-June 2027), you’ll work one-on-one with a preschool student who has tracheomalacia, is reliant on a trach with full-time oxygen, receives all feedings via G-tube, and has additional complex needs. Your responsibilities will include meeting the child at home, riding the van to and from school, and providing continuous dedicated support throughout the school day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license, eligible for Massachusetts
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred
  • Confident providing trach care, G-tube feedings, monitoring O2, and supporting children with developmental delays
  • Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • One-on-one monitoring and care during bus rides and school hours
  • Administer and document treatments/medications
  • Address emergent medical needs
  • Collaborate with school and healthcare teams
