This position places you in a progressive care (stepdown) setting that fosters learning and showcases best practices from a range of healthcare leaders. With 16–20 beds and a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, you’ll deepen your expertise in caring for complex cases including sepsis, heart failure, acute respiratory failure, COPD, kidney disease, and more.
