1:1 Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) School-Based
ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 1:1 school-based position supporting a 4-year-old female student during the 2026/2027 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity for an LVN with strong pediatric experience and expertise in medically complex care to provide individualized support in an educational setting.
Position Details
Position: 1:1 Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Student: 4-year-old female
Setting: School-Based
Schedule: 8:20 AM–1:20 PM
Includes bussing to and from school
School hours: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch + 10-minute paid break
Contract Dates: August 20, 2026 – June 10, 2027
Required Experience
Candidates must have experience with:
Trach care
Suctioning
G-Tube feeding
Pediatric or medically complex care
Responsibilities
Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care and supervision throughout the school day
Safely manage the student's trach, suctioning, and G-Tube feeding needs
Monitor the student's health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Assist with transportation/bussing to and from school
Communicate with school staff and the student's care team
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all applicable care plans and protocols
