1:1 Registered Nurse- Lynnwood, WA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the 2026–2027 school year in Lynnwood, WA. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide one-on-one nursing support to a 6-year-old student with intensive medical needs while working closely with the student's educational team.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time
40 Hours per Week
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–approximately 2:30 PM
2026–2027 School Year
Onsite
Qualifications:
Active Washington State RN License required
Previous school-based or pediatric nursing experience preferred
Trach experience preferred
Experience with seizure protocols preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support to a 6-year-old student
Monitor and support the student's medical and health needs throughout the school day
Follow established seizure protocols and healthcare plans
Provide tracheostomy-related care as required
Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
Assist with safe transportation/busing routines for the student
Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Respond appropriately to medical needs and emergencies
Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment
