1:1 LVN – Elementary School - East Palo Alto, CA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 1:1 school-based position for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details:
SY 26/27 | One elementary school | 1:1 student support
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one nursing care to an elementary-aged student in a Moderate/Severe Special Education classroom.
Perform G-tube feedings and provide tracheostomy (trach) care.
Monitor the student's health throughout the school day and respond to medical needs as appropriate.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student safety and success.
Qualifications:
Active California LVN license required.
*Experience with G-tubes and tracheostomy care required.
*Previous pediatric or school-based nursing experience preferred.
