ProCare Therapy is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time, 1:1 school-based position in Ramona, CA for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate CNA to provide individualized support to a student with medical needs in a school setting.

Medical Need: G-Tube feedings
Responsibilities
Provide dedicated 1:1 support and care throughout the school day
Assist with G-Tube feedings and other student care needs as directed
Monitor the student's well-being and communicate any concerns to the appropriate school and medical staff
Support the student's participation in classroom and school activities
Collaborate with teachers, nurses, and other members of the educational team
Follow all established care plans, safety procedures, and school protocols
Maintain accurate documentation as required
Qualifications
Active CNA certification required
Experience with G-Tube feedings preferred/required for the assignment
Pediatric or school-based experience is a plus
Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable providing individualized student care
