Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinic environment, ideally with vascular, surgical, or related specialty exposure
  • Proficiency in patient assessment, wound care, and perioperative/preoperative patient education
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities

    • Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, weekday schedule with daytime hours

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver focused nursing care to patients in the vascular surgery clinic, ensuring safety and best practices throughout the care continuum
  • Assist with patient consultations, pre- and post-procedural education, and care plan coordination
  • Support physicians during examinations and minor clinical procedures
  • Monitor patient progress, assess wound healing, and escalate changes as needed
  • Accurately document patient histories, care provided, and follow-up recommendations
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control protocols
