Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, unrestricted and in good standing
  • Previous experience in a clinic or ambulatory care setting
  • Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver patient-centered care
  • BLS certification required

    • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessments, medication administration, and care coordination
  • Provide education to patients and families about treatment plans, preventive care, and medications
  • Support physicians during exams and minor procedures as needed
  • Document patient interactions and interventions accurately in the EHR
  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions, escalating concerns as appropriate
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, infection control, and clinic protocols
