This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) practice. Key Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing

Minimum of one year recent ICU experience required

Proficiency with ICU equipment, patient monitoring, and emergency protocols

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation abilities

Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct care for critically ill patients in the ICU

Perform assessments, develop care plans, and execute physician orders

Monitor patient status, interpret data, and adjust interventions as needed

Administer medications, IVs, and advanced therapies safely and accurately

Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care team members

Educate patients and families about care processes and post-ICU recovery

Document all care provided in electronic health records

Uphold infection control standards and safety protocols at all times

Schedule/Hours:
