What you’ll bring:
- Valid RN license in Illinois and current CSN certification
- Experience in school nursing, including Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 accommodations
- Knowledge of best practices in student health, chronic disease management, and emergency response
- Excellent communication and organization skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff
- Confidence to support all eight school sites based on evolving needs

Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a leader and clinical resource for school-based RNs
- Coordinate and participate in IEP and 504 plan meetings, advocating for student health services
- Deliver health education and training to students and staff
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans for students with health needs
- Travel between eight school sites as required
