Pay Range: 30-38/hr based on experience
Caseload: This is a 5 year old female with a trach and vent otherwise mobile and runs around.

Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to 1:1 students under the supervision of an RN
Health-room aid for one of the elementary schools
Experience with G-tube, seizure management, diabetic management, toileting, bus riding with a student
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist in implementing health care plans for students with chronic conditions
Conduct basic health assessments and screenings
Operating omnipod and dexcom devices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Science in Nursing degree and/or Certificated School Nurse License
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting (elementary caseload)
Current CPR and First Aid certification
