Schedule/Hours:

    • Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted RN license.
  • Prior experience working as a Registered Nurse in a home health environment.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments for home health patients, developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and patient/family education in disease management and safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate effective care.
  • Monitor patient progress, document interventions, and update care plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on ongoing care and strategies to support health and prevent readmissions.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards pertinent to home health nursing.

    $2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
