Qualifications & Experience:

Active, unencumbered RN license

Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience

Proficient with intensive care interventions, monitoring, and technology

Strong ability to assess rapidly changing patient conditions and implement appropriate responses

Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and timely interventions

Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members

Administer medications and IV therapies according to established protocols

Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed for optimal outcomes

Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and efficiently

Educate patients and families on care procedures, treatments, and recovery steps

Adhere to infection control and hospital safety guidelines
