Experienced Registered Nurses with ICU backgrounds are sought for a contract assignment delivering high-level care to critical patients. This role provides an opportunity to use advanced nursing skills and clinical judgment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Key Qualifications:

Current RN licensure with no restrictions

Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting

Demonstrated proficiency in monitoring and managing cardiac, respiratory, and multi-organ failure patients

Capability to interpret complex lab and diagnostic results

Strong IV, central line, and medication administration skills

Familiarity with ventilators, infusion pumps, and other advanced ICU equipment

BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN certification is a plus

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Ability to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct, evidence-based patient care in the ICU and respond to rapid clinical changes

Conduct comprehensive assessments and initiate appropriate interventions

Implement physician orders, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans as needed

Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records

Ensure infection control, safety, and quality measures are observed at all times

Support and educate patients and their families on critical illness, procedures, and recovery processes

Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to team discussions
