Key Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Nursing or nursing diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Active RN license to practice in Kansas
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers; ACLS and PALS certification may substitute for BLS
  • At least one year of RN experience preferred, but new graduates are welcomed
  • Willingness to obtain ACLS within six months for certain units (such as ED or ICU)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in compliance with established protocols and best practices
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Utilize effective clinical decision-making based on patient and family needs
  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with laws and facility policies
