This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Registered Nurse with experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing. Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (Med Surg) setting
  • Strong assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and a dynamic clinical environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
  • BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult Med Surg patients
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Provide patient education and ensure clear communication with patients and families
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
  • Document nursing care and observations accurately in electronic records
  • Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and execute emergency protocols as needed
  • Support infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives

    $2,105 - $2,227/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
