Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications a plus
  • Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position; specific shifts and hours will be shared during the interview process
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients on the medical-surgical unit
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient records
  • Respond promptly and professionally to changes in patient condition
