Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients in a dynamic medical-surgical and telemetry setting. Experienced registered nurses are sought to provide comprehensive assessments, implement evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with current standing
  • At least one year of recent experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telemetry monitoring equipment
  • Ability to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, documenting conditions and responses accurately
  • Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and respond appropriately to changes
  • Collaborate with physicians, ancillary personnel, and fellow nurses on care planning and goal achievement
  • Educate patients and families on procedures, diagnoses, post-discharge care, and wellness strategies
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant environment, adhering to all protocols and standards
  • Contribute to smooth shift handoffs and accurate documentation for continuity of care
