This 26-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work directly with patients receiving critical behavioral health care. Candidates with a solid foundation in patient support—particularly those with 1-2 years of contract experience—will excel in this collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Overtime may be available based on facility needs
  • Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification (meeting applicable state guidelines)
  • Previous contract experience (1-2 years preferred)
  • Background in psychiatric, behavioral health, corrections, or long-term care settings is a plus
  • Current BLS/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain prior to start
  • Comfortable supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges
  • Ability to pass all background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding requirements
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as hygiene, meals, and grooming
  • Observe and document patient behavior, mood changes, and safety issues
  • Support therapeutic activities and follow directions from the care team
  • Maintain safety through adherence to behavioral health protocols
  • Help with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
  • Uphold facility standards for confidentiality, infection control, and patient safety
  • This assignment provides consistent full-time hours with start dates every two weeks, offering you flexibility and valuable experience in a structured behavioral health environment.     $1,290 - $1,360/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
