  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Certified Sterile Processing Technician (Sterile Processing Tech – Certified)
  • Proficient knowledge of proper sterilization techniques and infection control procedures
  • Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting handling surgical instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow protocols and work efficiently within a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Clean, decontaminate, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment
  • Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and washers/disinfectors
  • Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and integrity
  • Maintain proper inventory and report damaged or missing items promptly
  • Prepare and deliver sterile instrument trays to surgical and clinical departments
  • Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards at all times
