Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday
  • Self-scheduled to fit your availability
  • Minimum hourly commitment weekly or bi-weekly
  • Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive annual risk assessments in patients’ homes
  • Review prior medical history, current health conditions, and medication usage
  • Educate patients regarding their medical conditions and prescribed medications
  • Identify care gaps and suggest actionable recommendations to improve health outcomes
  • Focus strictly on evaluations—no creation of treatment plans or medication prescriptions required
  • Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification
  • Board certified through AANP or ANCC
  • At least 6 months of current experience as an NP preferred
  • MSN degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Compensation: This per evaluation opportunity offers $80-$90 per completed assessment. Compensation also includes a mileage stipend and pay for administrative time, ensuring you are rewarded for both your professional expertise and your travel.
