Preferred experience includes prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings, as well as supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges. CPR, G-Tube, or Trach experience is a plus, but not required. Reliability, patience, and a team-focused approach are highly valued.
