Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
  • Previous experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing
  • Proficiency in assessment, de-escalation, and crisis intervention techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to document care plans and interventions thoroughly and accurately
  • BLS certification (required)
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced settings
