Schedule/Hours:

  • Qualifications:

  • Current and unencumbered RN license
  • Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong understanding of pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac cath patients
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and work effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently assist with preparation, monitoring, and recovery of patients undergoing cath lab procedures
  • Administer medications and provide patient education as needed
  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists and other team members during procedures
  • Adhere to best practices, aseptic technique, and facility policies
  • Accurately chart patient progress and response during procedures
  • Respond rapidly to emergent situations, demonstrating clinical judgment and composure
