Seeking a skilled RN with Cath Lab expertise for a contract role supporting a dynamic Prep/Recovery unit. This position is crucial for providing care to patients post-Cath, Vascular, and EP procedures, ensuring safe recovery and smooth transitions. Candidates should be adaptable and committed to delivering exceptional care in a busy setting.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • No on call or call back requirements
  • Closed on major holidays
  • No weekend rotation
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Critical Care, PACU, or CCU required
  • Previous experience in Cath Lab nursing strongly preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to float to EP and other procedural areas as needed
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Care for patients in a Prep/Recovery unit following Cath, Vascular, and EP procedures
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide patient education post-procedure
  • Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure clear documentation
  • Respond quickly to any changes in patient status, utilizing critical care skills
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care that promotes patient safety and comfort

    $2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
