  • Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Cath Lab role
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, technicians, and support staff
  • Familiarity with monitoring, documenting, and caring for acute cardiac patients
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care to patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Administer and monitor sedation, medications, and IV infusions per protocol
  • Maintain a sterile environment and uphold infection control standards
  • Monitor patient vital signs, ECG rhythm, and hemodynamic parameters
  • Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Educate patients and families on procedure expectations and post-care instructions
  • Accurately document all care and respond promptly to emergency situations
