Experienced professionals skilled in Cath Lab nursing are invited to apply for a specialized contract opportunity. This role is tailored for Registered Nurses with a focus on Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures and care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (0700 – 1730)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Includes approximately 8-10 on-call shifts per month and about one weekend of on-call per month

    • Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of two years' recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • Ability to respond effectively during high-stress, fast-paced procedures
  • Must reside over 55 miles from the facility (radius restriction applies)
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures
  • Closely monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, anticipating and acting on emergent needs
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Administer medications, provide sedation, and maintain detailed patient records
  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
  • Support patient education and post-procedure care instructions
