Deliver compassionate, expert care for newborns in a dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care environment. Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care for a contract assignment.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent (within last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience as an RN in NICU
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Registered Nurse License in the state of practice
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Recent Level III NICU experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field
  • Seven years of recent Level III NICU experience (within last ten years) strongly preferred
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based, family-centered care to critically ill neonates
  • Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Respond quickly and effectively to neonatal emergencies using advanced skills and protocols
  • Educate and support families throughout infants’ NICU stays, helping them navigate complex care needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
