Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care setting. If you are committed to supporting the most vulnerable patients and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is an ideal match for your skills.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour night shifts, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent RN experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Experience in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is required
  • Preferred Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
  • Seven years of recent Level III NICU experience (within the last 10 years) is highly desirable
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to critically ill neonates, closely monitoring their development and responses to treatment
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide clear and compassionate communication to families regarding clinical progress and care needs
  • Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
  • Maintain strict adherence to all safety procedures, clinical guidelines, and facility protocols
