Schedule/Hours:

  • Night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Solid background in medical-surgical nursing
  • Previous experience working as an RN; travel RN experience welcomed
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a commitment to teamwork
  • Comfortable working in a primary nursing care model
  • Ability to navigate Meditech charting system
  • Preferred Experience:

  • Chemotherapy certification
  • ACLS certification
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care on a 24-bed med/surg and oncology-focused unit
  • Manage a patient load of up to 1:5
  • Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments
  • Administer standard med/surg procedures and chemotherapy (chemo-certification required for chemo administration)
  • Participate actively in a collaborative environment with exceptional charge nurse support
  • Respond promptly to remote telemetry alerts and adjust care as needed
  • Communicate effectively with the care team using integrated iPhone technology
