Schedule / Hours:

  • 12-hour days, 7A – 7P
  • Includes night and weekend call rotation
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license
  • Demonstrated transplant surgical skill set
  • Prior operating room experience required
  • Preferred: Over 3 years of perioperative RN experience
  • Certified perioperative nurse (CNOR) highly preferred
  • Experience with EMR (Meditech is a plus)
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care during surgical procedures such as total joints, spinal surgeries, kidney/liver transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care in a 16-suite OR unit
  • Adhere strictly to established unit policies, and support a culture of safety and quality
  • Assist with pre- and post-operative assessments, monitoring, and documentation
  • Participate in on-call coverage and respond to urgent surgical needs

    $1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
