Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with good standing
  • Demonstrated experience in operating room or perioperative nursing
  • Proficient with surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile field techniques
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt rapidly in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
  • BLS certification required; additional perioperative or specialty certs preferred

    • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding patient care throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
  • Implement aseptic techniques; monitor for signs of infection and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
  • Prepare, count, and manage surgical instruments and supplies
  • Accurately chart and update electronic medical records
  • Support and educate patients and families regarding operative processes

    $2,347 - $2,483/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
