Deliver expert perioperative care as an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse within a dynamic surgical setting. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an OR/Operating Room setting
  • Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing for a variety of surgical cases
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sterile technique and infection prevention standards
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organization abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assess patients for surgery, ensuring comprehensive pre-operative care
  • Scrub and circulate for surgeries, collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
  • Uphold stringent sterile field and infection control protocols throughout procedures
  • Monitor patient condition and document intraoperative findings accurately
  • Provide detailed reports during postoperative handoff to recovery teams
  • Maintain an organized OR environment, managing equipment, instruments, and supplies efficiently
  • Adhere to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing staff education

    $2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
