Schedule:

  • Rotating weekends
  • Shifts vary, scheduling includes Sunday through Saturday

    • Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted RN license
  • Previous experience in rehabilitation and/or long-term care strongly preferred
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Exceptional communication and clinical assessment skills
  • Strong commitment to patient advocacy and interdisciplinary teamwork

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with best practices and applicable standards
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals to optimize rehabilitation outcomes
  • Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and ongoing care needs
  • Accurately document all care activities, assessments, and interventions
  • Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition or urgent matters
  • Maintain a welcoming, supportive, and respectful environment for patients and families
