This opportunity is designed for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in rehabilitation and long-term care settings. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care and support to residents, ensuring safety, dignity, and wellness within the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents in a long-term care environment.
  • Monitor and document patient health status, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, adhering to protocols and physician orders.
  • Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding care plans and health management.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized resident care strategies.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and manage emergencies effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations and facility standards.
  • Oversee and support Certified Nursing Assistants and other support staff as required.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current RN license, in good standing.
  • Proven clinical experience in rehabilitation and/or long-term care or similar settings.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and dynamic care team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and nursing documentation.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with a commitment to high-quality care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, which may include rotating shifts, evenings, or weekends as needed.

    $1,727 - $1,889/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
