Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid, unencumbered RN license
  • Strong background in medical-surgical nursing (med-surg)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Previous experience on a med-surg or similar inpatient unit preferred
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical settings

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse med-surg patient population
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff
  • Monitor patient progress, conduct ongoing assessments, and adjust care accordingly
  • Administer medications and perform necessary interventions per physician orders
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment, and post-discharge care
  • Uphold patient safety and infection control standards

    $1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
