Two openings are available for skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver personalized care across school settings near Lancaster, NH. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active New Hampshire RN or LPN license required
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-focused care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfort working with students exhibiting mild behavioral challenges
  • Familiarity with mobility support and toileting care is a plus

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Position 1: Offer general medical care to a male student demonstrating mild behavioral needs; monitor overall wellness, administer medications as prescribed, and respond to health concerns as needed.
  • Position 2: Provide direct, hands-on support to a 7th grade male student with cerebral palsy, including wheelchair mobility assistance, toileting help, and implementation of support for mild behaviors.
  • Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care plans
  • Document health interventions and maintain accurate, confidential medical records
  • Participate in team meetings and student care planning sessions
